Return & Exchange Policy

At Digoir, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your leather jacket, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products should be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized jackets are not eligible for returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@digoir.com or fill out our Return Request Form on the website, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely, include all relevant documentation, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return has been approved.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective jacket, please contact us immediately at contact@digoir.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (final sale)

International Returns

  • International returns follow the same procedure; however, international customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs.
